International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)

NE-XT is DDTC-registered and ITAR-compliant, operating under the oversight of the U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to ensure full compliance with all applicable export control regulations. Certificate available on request.

Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)

NE-XT has engaged with an Authorized C3PAO and intends to be certified at CMMC Level 2 as defined by the 32 CFR Part 170, by November 2025
