Our CNC turning department combines flexibility and precision to manufacture critical components for aerospace, defense, power generation, and space applications. With through-spindle bar feeds up to 4″ diameter, maximum turning diameters of 25.5″, and lengths up to 36″, we can produce both simple and highly complex components with repeatable accuracy.
Equipped with multi-axis lathes, twin spindles, and live tooling, we deliver tight tolerance parts with features such as external threads, sealing surfaces, and precision bores. Our handling systems protect sensitive features from damage, while our vacuum vapor degreaser features 360-degree rotation and ultrasonic cleaning, ensuring parts are completely free from contamination — even in blind holes.
We utilize live electronic data collection throughout production to maintain full process control and traceability. Validation extends beyond CMM inspection — all gages are electronically connected, providing real-time visual feedback to operators. These systems automatically flag when tool offsets are required and display trends relative to nominal values, alerting the team if a feature is approaching upper or lower control limits. Combined with our environmentally friendly process cooling systems, we achieve stable, repeatable machining while minimizing environmental impact.
