This ensures that tight tolerances and critical features are manufactured well within tolerance and required capability requirements can be achieved, as both machine capability and gage accuracy are considered.
A cross-functional team takes your project through a robust APQP process. This incorporates a full contract review, including manufacturing plan development and a PFMEA (if required). Approved and capable suppliers are selected, and requirements are flowed down.
The management team monitors KPI’s, ensuring our business is run to the most efficient metrics. This includes the management of suppliers, to ensure our supply chain is compliant and capable at all times.
