Continuous improvement projects are decided by a committee of NE-XT employees that looks at ever-changing KPIs for customer satisfaction, such as the cost of poor quality, PPM and on-time delivery rates. After those KPIs are analyzed, the committee looks at cost improvement opportunities to save you money.
The committee rates each project on its impact on customers, and engineering resources are provided for execution. We track projects through to completion and audit afterward to gauge their effectiveness and determine if further improvements are needed.
